Bone Pit
rating: 0+x

After the Teufelsnacht in Graufelden, the many thousands of bodies that were recovered were mostly thrown into a large, freshly dug pit in nearby Becklingen as there were no time and resources for identifying and burying each body individually. Soon after the pit was closed, ghouls dug into the pit and feasted on the remains, although there were so many bodies that even they couldn't eat them all before their flesh rotted away. However, their tunnels remain to this day.

There are persistent rumors that many of the people who were buried here had valuables with them that were somehow overlooked by the soldiers looting them, but as the Bone Pit (as it was quickly called by the locals) is scarcely less haunted than Graufelden itself, few have dared to look.
