Conall

A former farming village turned artists' colony, this borough on the outskirts of the city is rapidly swallowed up by new housing developments of solidly middle-class citizens, especially bureaucrats and clerks working for the city government. Their conservative mindset has frequently clashed with the remaining artists, who feel that "their" neighborhood is loosing its charm.
