I came up with Cott's Point when I was fiddling with the module editor of the old Neverwinter Nights game. I wanted to create a scenario for Dartmouth - and Cott's Point would have been the "prequel" before the player character entered the City of Dartmouth itself. But I never got very far with it.

Hmmm… Would anyone be willing to write a Urbis-centered module for Neverwinter Nights 2? ;)
