Foreign Ward

All non-residents and non-citizens are required to live in the Foreign Ward. There are strict curfews in place for the rest of the city, and all foreigners must return to this ward by 8 p.m.. As a result, it features a number of entertainments unavailable in the generally rather staid rest of the city but craved by foreigners and visitors.
