Great Lake

The Great Lake is the largest lake in the Known Lands. Bounded by the Flannish city of Svardholm in the southwest, the Norfjell Wastes in the west and north, Gol Grungor to the east, the Hobgoblin Dominions in the southeast, and Avareen in the south, it represents an important crossroads for regional trade. Most trade involves raw ores from the Norfjell Wastes and finished goods arriving via Svardholm transported via giant barges.

The Lake also has a significant native population of its own - the Lakefolk, extended families of halflings.
