Nebelhöhlen

The Nebelhöhlen are a vast series of cave complexes straddling the border between the Siebenbund and Avareen. Many of these caves have hot springs that make the area permanently mist-shrouded. A loose group of mystics from many races dwell here, but they generally leave travelers alone as long as they don't stay for long.
