The southernmost settlement in the Desert of Thunder, this city serves as a neutral ground between the dragon-ruled cities, the Serpent Kingdoms, and the humans of the Verdant Coast. Shady merchants from all three regions come here to do business, and the slave trade thrives here. This lends the city a certain disorderly, even lawless feel absent in the other draconic cities, and thus it has acquired a reputation as a "Sin City" where anything, including the most exotic vices, are up for sale.
