Skipper's Way

Skipper's Way is the location of most administrative offices of shipping companies who do business in Dartmouth. While little actual money or goods exchange hands here, the information collected in these offices is nevertheless highly sensitive, and hardly a week passes without someone attempting to break into one off the offices. Most of these attempts fail, but the exceptions have resulted in both significant losses for the victim and high profits for one of their "lucky" competitors.
