Toressea

Population: 6,442

A small island facing the continent to the East, Toressea was the impregnable fortress that guarded access to the islands. Its mythos of invulnerability vanished when the fortress was heavily damaged by the human fleet and its defenders were beaten. Now the elven sailors and marines overseeing its reconstruction must watch helplessly as more and more human ships arrive in the sacred waters of Narevoreen. They are spoiling for a rematch, but they are all too aware that their time has not come yet.
