The moon Tyar of the gas giant Ilsur gets comparably little sunlight compared to Rothea, as not only the distance to the sun is much greater, but much of the time the gas giant blocks the view. However, this doesn't mean the world is cold and dark, as the gas giant radiates large amounts of heat and many native life forms are phosphorescent, painting the world with riotous colors whenever the sun is not in the sky.
